Tickets are valid for the event purchased only and only for the named ticket holder - Group tickets can also be bought, with each member of the group being named separately on checkout.
You'll be sent your ticket immediately by email upon payment.
If you've booked for a group, all tickets will be valid for those named only and will be emailed to the email address of the person that completed the purchase for the group.
Our tickets are free to transfer - just follow the link on the ticket to pass them on if you find you can't make it.
Some orders may face a short delay depending on payment methods and processing times. Any issues, please do contact us!
Tickets are non-refundable unless there's a cancelation of the event from us. If you really can't make it, we totally understand.. it happens! We can at our discretion move your ticket to a future gig? Get in touch at Gigs@PhaseBrecords.com and we'll do our best to help out.
