Phase B Records Delivery, Returns, and Refund Policy

1. Scope of Application

We currently ship physical products (merchandise, apparel, vinyl, CDs, tapes) to the UK, EU, and USA only.

Digital downloads are available worldwide per our digital policy.

Event tickets are available to UK customers only, delivered digitally by email upon purchase, and are non‑refundable.

2. Order Fulfilment & Delivery Times

2.1 Merchandise & Apparel

3. Shipping Origin & Customs

3.1 Shipping Origin
We partner with a global fulfilment network. Orders dispatch from the facility closest to you when possible.

3.2 Customs & Duties

  • Customers are responsible for import duties, VAT, and taxes.
  • UK orders over £135 may incur import charges.
  • We are non‑VAT registered.

Consult your local customs office for specific fees. These charges are beyond our control.

4. Order Tracking & Undeliverable Shipments

You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.

4.1 Missing or Delayed Orders

  1. Verify your shipping address in the confirmation email.
  2. Check with your local post office or courier.
  3. Ask neighbours if they received your package.

If unresolved, contact help@phasebrecords.com with your order number.

4.2 Undeliverable Orders
Shipments returned for incorrect details or non-collection may incur a reship fee. Ensure your address is accurate at checkout.

5. Returns & Refunds (Physical Goods)

We accept returns only for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect. This policy complements your statutory rights under UK, EU, or US law.

5.1 Return Conditions

  • Request a return within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags attached.

5.2 Return Process

  1. Email returns@phasebrecords.com with your order number, issue description, and photos if relevant.
  2. We respond within 3 business days with approval and a prepaid return label for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
  3. Affix the label and send the item back; no return shipping cost applies for approved faulty/incorrect returns.
  4. Returns without prior approval cannot be accepted.

5.3 Refunds**

  • Processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of receipt.
  • You retain any statutory rights; this policy does not limit those.

6. EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

EU customers may cancel non-digital goods within 14 days of delivery for any reason.

  • Notify returns@phasebrecords.com (using our cancellation form here) within 14 days.
  • Return the item in original condition within 14 days of your notice at your own shipping cost.
  • We will refund the cost of the goods and the standard outbound shipping charge within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

7. Exceptions & Exchanges

7.1 Non-Returnable Items

  • Digital downloads, event tickets, gift cards, perishable items, personal care products, custom/personalised items, hazardous materials, and sale/clearance items.

7.2 Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. To change an item, return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.
  • Mislabelled or incorrect items reported within 7 days will be replaced or refunded at our cost.

8. Digital Products Policy

8.1 Delivery & Access

  • Digital products (e.g., music downloads, e‑books) are delivered instantly via a secure download link on the order confirmation page and by email to the address provided at checkout.
  • You must provide a valid email address. We are not liable for delivery failures arising from incorrect or inaccessible email accounts, spam filtering, or other customer-side issues.

8.2 Download Limits & Rights

  • Each digital item may be downloaded up to 2 times per purchase.
  • Download links expire after the second download or after 30 days, whichever comes first.
  • By initiating a download, you acknowledge and waive your statutory right to cancel digital purchases under Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive and UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

8.3 Technical Support & Reissues

  • If you experience technical issues preventing download, contact info@phasebrecords.com within 7 days of purchase.
  • Reissued links are granted at our discretion and subject to abuse prevention.
  • No refunds are offered for digital products except where required by law or proven technical fault on our part.

8.4 Usage Restrictions

  • All digital content is licensed for personal, non‑commercial use only.
  • Redistribution, resale, public performance, or derivative works are strictly prohibited.

9. Event Tickets Policy

9.1 Availability & Delivery

  • Event tickets are sold to UK residents only.
  • Tickets are digital-only and delivered by email immediately upon successful purchase.
  • Each ticket email includes a unique, single-use QR code, which must be presented (mobile or printed) at the venue for entry.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure the email address provided is valid and accessible.

9.2 Non‑Refundability Non‑Refundability**

  • All ticket sales are final and non‑refundable.
  • No refunds are issued for change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or inability to attend.

9.3 Ticket Transfers

  • Tickets may be transferred to another individual free of charge by forwarding the original ticket email.
  • Tickets may be switched to another Phase B Records event of equal or lesser value only at our sole discretion and subject to availability. Transfer requests must be submitted in writing to info@phasebrecords.com at least 48 hours before the original event date.
  • We are not responsible for unauthorised resale or misuse by transferees.

9.4 Entry Requirements

  • A valid digital ticket with its unique QR code (displayed on a mobile device or printed) is required for event entry.
  • The QR code is single-use; once scanned, that ticket cannot be used again.
  • Duplicate, forged, or unauthorized tickets or QR codes will be invalidated, and entry will be refused without refund or replacement.
  • Venue Entry Rules: Some venues enforce age limits, photo-ID requirements, dress codes, or other terms of entry. Customers are responsible for verifying and complying with these requirements before purchasing tickets. No refunds or exchanges will be given if entry is refused for non-compliance with venue rules.

9.5 Event Changes & Cancellations

  • Phase B Records reserves the right to reschedule or cancel events due to circumstances beyond our control, including venue issues, artist changes, or force majeure.
  • If an event is cancelled with no rescheduled date, ticket holders will receive a full refund to the original payment method within 14 days.
  • If an event is rescheduled, tickets remain valid for the new date; no additional refunds or exchanges will be offered.** Event Changes & Cancellations**
