Delivery and Returns
When will I get my order?
Merch and Apparel usually takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time
depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
● USA: 3–4 business days
● Europe: 6–8 business days
● UK: 6–8 business days
● Japan: 4–8 business days
● International: 10–20 business days
Physical Music Media - Vinyl, Compact Disks, Tapes, etc usually ship within 10 working days and can take anywhere from 5 to 30 working days to arrive, depending on your delivery address.

Where will my order ship from?
We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide!
Will I be charged customs for my order?
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders.
For example due to the UK leaving the EU orders shipped into the UK with a total value of over £135 will have a Duty Import Tax applied to them, for which the customer is responsible to pay on delivery. If your ordering goods over this amount (which is awesome..and thank you by the way!) we'd recommend splitting your order into several orders! Our delivery is free on Merch and Apparel, so it won't cost you any more for those. We do understand it's a bit of hassle but will save you money in the long run.
Physical Music Media (Vinyl, Tapes etc) will incur an extra delivery charge per order if seperated.
Please check with your local Customs Office if there are any extra fees you may have to pay on receipt of your order. We are non-VAT registered as yet.
These fees are not in our control
and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so
please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your
purchases.

Please Note: We do have production facilities we work with inside the UK, USA and EU and wherever possible your items will be shipped from your closest facility, reducing delivery time and associated costs as mentioned above. Though this is not always possible we will do our best.
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
● Ask your local post office if they have your package
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your
neighbor’s, get in touch with us at help@PhaseBrecords.com with your order number.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but
shipping will be at your own cost.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about
your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at Help@PhaseBrecords.com
I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you
quickly, please email us at Returns@PhaseBrecords.com within a weeks' time with photos of the
damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll
get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
What’s your return policy?
We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let
us know by contacting us at Returns@PhaseBrecords.com
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Do you offer refunds?
Gig tickets are non-refundable unless we cancel the event ourselves, but if you really can't make it we will do our best to switch tickets to another date. This is entirely at our discretion and based on availability in your area.
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of
these apply, please contact us at Returns@PhaseBrecords.com with photos of wrong/damaged
items and we’ll sort that out for you. Once we've confirmed we can accept the return, refunds will be issued with 14 days of accepting.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our
sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.
Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let
us know at Returns@PhaseBrecords.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your
order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a
refund!
YOU MUST CONTACT US FIRST BY EMAILING Returns@PhaseBrecords.com BEFORE ARRANGING A RETURN. WE WILL GET BACK TO YOU WITHIN 3 WORKING DAYS (Monday to Friday) WITH DETAILS ON HOW TO PROCEED AS DETAILED HERE BELOW AND AS SET OUT IN OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT CONTACT US WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY RETURN. Please allow good time for this within the stated 30 day returns window.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at Returns@PhaseBrecords.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to your nearest distribution center, the address of which we will provide you upon agreeing to accept the return following the procedure as set out in bold above.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Undeliverable Orders
The delivery of goods takes place by shipping to the delivery address specified by the customer, unless otherwise agreed. When processing the transaction, the delivery address specified in the seller's order processing is decisive. In deviation from this, if the PayPal payment method is selected, the delivery address stored by the customer with PayPal at the time of payment is decisive.
If the transport company returns the goods to the seller because delivery to the customer was not possible, the customer will bear the costs for the unsuccessful delivery. This does not apply if the customer is not responsible for the circumstances that led to the impossibility of delivery or if he was temporarily prevented from accepting the service offered, unless the seller had announced the service to him a reasonable time in advance. Furthermore, this does not apply with regard to the costs of delivery if the customer effectively exercises his right of cancellation. If the customer effectively exercises his right of cancellation, the provisions in the seller's cancellation policy apply to the return costs.
We reserve the right to charge you, the customer for redelivery / reshipment if we or our carrier are unable to deliver the purchase.
It is up to the customer to ensure all delivery details are correct.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
